Maybe you’ve reached a point where something in your life is quietly asking to change.

When life rewrites you

And why women’s life transitions have been part of my journey for decades

It was a Friday afternoon when, suddenly, nothing worked out. I found myself standing in the middle of the room – unable to move as if somebody had pulled the plug.

Later that moment became a diagnosis. For me, it was something else: a turning point.

But transitions have been part of my life for a long time.

At nineteen, I made a decision: to live my own life – not the one others had imagined for me. What followed where years of cahnge: divorce, single-motherhood, patchwork family, career shifts, life in different countries, changing roles, an empty nest.

And again and again, the same question:

Who am I – now?

Over the years, I’ve come to understand something essential: A transition is not a failure. It is an invitation – to let go, to realign, to begin again.

Today, I write for women in times of change. For women between success and meaning, between strength and exhaustion.

I don’t write about crises. I write about what becomes possible afterwards.

If you recognize yourself in these lines, you are in the right place.

Maybe you feel like staying a little longer.

In my blog and my newsletter, I share thoughts, stories, and gentle impulses for women who no longer want to be „just strong“ – but fully themselves. log und Newsletter teile ich Gedanken, Geschichten und Impulse
für Frauen, die mehr als „nur stark“ sein wollen – nämlich wahrhaftig und ganz bei sich.
